Where the product is a none electronic one, The Agenci Store endeavours to hold the stock of the products sold through our web site. However, occasionally an item may be out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill your original order we will inform you and inform you of the delivery date which in most cases will be no more than 5 working days. If this is not acceptable we will provide a full refund if requested prior to dispatch.

Dispatch of orders

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of order, with delivery possible 5 working days from receipt of order, depending on the service you choose and stock availability, however this may take longer
  • Some higher value or larger sized items may take slightly longer to be delivered, however we will keep you informed.
  • Please inform us if you have a 'must deliver by' date. We will do everything we can to help you.
  • Depending on the weight, size and value of your order, deliveries are either via Royal Mail or Courier.
  • Our aim is to dispatch orders placed before 12noon ( Mon - Fri) that day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day, except during busy periods where delays may be possible.
  • Orders placed on a Sunday or a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Options and Information

  • Depending on the weight of your items, delivery will be via Royal Mail or Courier.
  • Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel.
  • If you need a delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly please email us with your order requirements and full address, and we will calculate your carriage costs based on the weight of the package.
  • We are delighted to ship to most overseas destinations. Carriage charges are based on the volumetric weight of the package and for non - European countries we will need to work out a cost for you when you place your order.
  • Any customs or import duties levied once the package(s) reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges.
  • Your credit / debit card will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched. The invoice address must match that of your card statement address and a home telephone number is required.

Returns

  • If for any reason you are not delighted with your goods and would like to return them, please email us to advise of your return quoting your receipt/invoice number within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging.
  • Regretfully, we are unable to refund or exchange goods that have been downloaded unless it is deemed the description of the goods did not meet the actual contents of the download.
  • When returning goods, we strongly advise obtain proof of posting or send via Special Delivery (please seek advice from Post Office counter staff at time of posting), as claims for lost returns parcels can not be accepted. We are unable to refund the cost of postage, with the exception of faulty goods. We try to process returns as quickly as possible however please allow up to 28 days.
